AXA GO/AXA France (Paris, France)
  • Integrated into a team called la Cellule d'accélération (the acceleration unit) which is a team dedicated to AXA France and AXA GO, my role is to migrate the On Premise applications into the PIAAS. Priority is given to the 10 biggest applications on the AXA roadmap. However, the team can also serve as an accelerator for other applications except Big 10. As an Ops and expert in PIAAS private cloud, I am therefore an important link which allows to accelerate the delivery of the roadmap by reducing execution times and decision making. I was also part of a FinOps team where I have to reduce the technical capacities of VM to reduce the costs of AXA France.
  • Decommissioning of On Premise and PIAAS VM
  • Creation of DEPG (VLAN), ASZ (area security zone) and VM in the PIAAS
